Jurby WaterTech International has participated in the 32nd Annual Water Treatment Technology conference organized by Abu Qir Fertilizers Co. in Alexandria (Egypt) from 19th to 21st of September 2017.
Our team including the Director of the Engineering Division (Mr. Emilio Marmesat), the Director of the Chemical Water Treatment Division (Mr. Roman Poyarkov) and the Head Engineer of the Process Department (Mr. Egidijus Kersis) had the opportunitiy to discuss the advantages and capabilities of Jurby WaterTech International technologies and products with some of the most important companies of the Water sector in Egypt, sharing our experience in complex projects developed for different industrial sectors (Power plants, Petrochemical, etc.)
One of the main topics of discussion was ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) approach in new projects developed in Egypt and in Middle East countries, as well as the design and operation of total water reuse plants in important strategic industrial sectors in Egypt.
Mr. Emilio Marmesat prepared a presentation and discussion about ZLD solution and its main applications and also made a brief introduction about the design of an IWWTP (industrial wastewater treatment plant) for water reusing purposes.

The conference was visited by Minister of Petroleum Tarek El Molla, Deputy Minister of Environment Khaled Fahny, Governor of Alexandria Muhammad Ali Sultan, Ex Ministers of Irrigation, Petroleum during last 10 years Hossam Moghazi, Chairman of all Fertilizers & Petro- Chemical companies (Abu Qir Fertilizer) Saad Ibrahim Abo El-Maati.
