On the 1st of August 2019, Viktoras STULGAITIS was appointed Director of the Engineering Division at Jurby Watertech International.
V. Stulgaitis as the Division Director is responsible for implementation of the mission and the strategy of the Division, planing, control and management of the budget of the Division, management of resources of the Division with quality and effectiveness, selection, training and assesment of personnel, organization of works on creation and implementation of technical solutions, implementaton of R&D program, creation of criteria for production quality evaluation and standards and evaluation of process solutions, assuring effective interaction inside and outside the Division.
Viktoras has been working at our company since 2012. He started as a quotation engineer, after 4 years he became a technologist, and after other 3 years – the director of the Division.
Viktoras graduated from Kaunas Polytechnic College, he is a civil engineer by training.
